Week 30 Bumpdate
size of the baby :: Cabbage
total weight gain :: Holding strong at 20 pounds.
gender :: Boy!
maternity clothes :: My love for spring/summer clothing have blossom with the flowers in my front yard. I am enjoying all my new maternity tops. No more purchases until after the baby... which is hard, because springtime is definitely my favorite time of year to purchase clothes!
movement :: More stronger pushes than little jabs. I think I had to push his butt out of my rib cage the other day.
sleep :: We have a bed! However, I'm still on the couch. I'm sure the bed will have some comfort for me eventually, but I am sleeping wonders on this couch and do not want to give that up.
missing :: Deli sandwiches...
craving :: Chicken salad! Which I know you are not suppose to have store bought/made or restaurant chicken salad because of the listeria chances, but I found an option at Aldi's last week that is made at a factory (not in the grocery stores deli section like most) and is kept with the yogurt, butter, cottage cheese, etc. I figure if I can have everything else in that refrigerated section, a sandwich or two is not going to hurt. 🙂
symptoms :: Nothing really. I have felt fairly good this week.
duston is :: Installing a toilet, outlets, touching up baseboards... I keep telling him this home remodel will be done soon. He is just working so hard.
looking forward to :: My baby shower this next weekend! I cannot believe that it is already here. We have lots to do to get our house visitor ready but I am giddy to get to hang out with my girls.
best moments :: We had the absolute best date night this past week. A local food joint, pizza, our first n/a beers, and baseball. It just felt normal. The whole night really refilled my heart and soul.
