Week 40 Bumpdate
size of the baby :: Pumpkin -- Let's be clear, my belly is not the size of any good carving pumpkin...
total weight gain :: 27 pounds!
gender :: Girl!
maternity clothes :: Permanently living in none of my clothes -- I think my husband is starting to miss his gym shorts.
nursery :: All perfect and complete.
movement :: She's still all over the place!
sleep :: Still puke-y. More heartburn.
missing :: Nothing really this week.
craving :: Not anything in particular.
symptoms :: Nothing really, which makes me more nervous than anything... I've been chugging raspberry tea, walking, making labor blends for my delivery, laundry, and everything, but still no signs of labor.
looking forward to :: Having this darn kid! Lol. But seriously, we are both getting anxious. I would really like to make it to an Easter egg hunt because I think Ollie would seriously enjoy it this weekend but beyond that, bring it on. I'm running out of things to do at work, around the house, and then some. The weather still feels like winter and less like spring so I might as well be spending these days having a baby and be home for when mother nature actually decides to get her stuff together.
best moments :: Even if we do not make it to an Easter egg hunt this weekend, we made a last minute decision last weekend to hike it to the St. Patrick's Day parade on Saturday with Ollie. He had such a good time and it honestly was great to spend a weekend with less to-do's and more fun prior to Lillie joining our family.
