Mamas. Living in the midwest is lovely. There are some great seasons around here, but let's face it. There is also some wicked seasonal allergies that come with it.
I know I have talked about essential oils before. Simple little drops of oils to help support so many of our bodily systems, including breathing easy.
Our family uses essential oils differently, depending on what we are trying to do. One of my favorite ways to use essential oils is topically in a roller bottle. I use blends in roller balls quite frequently because it’s easy to apply to our two kiddos when they are in roll-on form. I also keep on hand a kit with pre-diluted oils in roller bottles. This way I do not have to worry about diluting the oils for our skin or our kids' skin.
So to prepare for those seasonal allergies that are right around the corner... ya know, because harvest season is coming and in between those and bonfires, there is a lot of junk in the air in the fall months... I made myself a breathe easy roller ball. And it is lovely so I could not wait to share.
This is so easy to make, so if you’ve never made a blend before, don’t be nervous. Besides those, you’ll also need a carrier oil (I used Grapeseed oil primarily because it is cost effective and can be found at my local Aldi's) a roller bottle I snagged off of Amazon.
