Holiday shopping madness is right around the corner. Seriously, I am excited and over it all in one big swoop... but bring on the Christmas season. I can watch Elf once a week all year long; however, I honestly only feel like I can without shame after Halloween. Same with Christmas music. And cookies. And cranberry things...
I digress.
Holidays are going to look a bit different this year with baby Ollie. Long gone are the days where I can quickly skip into Target for a moment or two. Thankfully, I have my Binxy Baby to help with these shopping trips for the holiday season and beyond.
Binxy Baby is a shopping cart hammock that allows Ollie to lay solo or in his car seat while I shop without taking up all of that cart space! It also takes care of the issue of placing an infant car seat on top of a shopping cart, which is a big no-no. Those infant seats are big and heavy and besides making the cart top heavy, they tend to fall face first when bumped. It's such an issue, about 24,000 kids a year are treated in hospital emergency rooms because of shopping cart-related injuries. Crazy, right!?
It is so easy to use and is extremely well made. The fabric is a strong and sturdy material that you’ll feel safe setting your little one into, yet not rigid and uncomfortable. Ollie use to fall asleep everytime we used it, and now that he is getting older, he is so much more comfortable when he can look around at the world around him.
Binxy Baby is going to make our holiday shopping so much easier! It is simple to install and simple to store. The hammock itself fits onto most shopping carts and after a time or two, I can now install it with one hand while holding Ollie in the other. It also rolls up perfectly to fit into your diaper bag or in the pocket of your car’s seat. We keep ours in a small "baby kit" in my trunk which it fits perfectly in as well.
It is seriously the baby item that I never knew I needed and more. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stopped in the store to be asked about my Binxy Baby. Not only have people never seen anything like it, but they want to know where I got it from because of its perfect design and how happy baby Ollie is in it!
