Nursing happens everywhere. When your babe is hungry, they are hungry. However, without a great bra or tank, breastfeeding can be incredibly hard. Entering the world of breastfeeding and pumping can be overwhelming to say the least. You honestly never knew you could need so many accessories for something that everyone claims is "natural".
With both of my littles, I realized very quickly that it is tough to find good breastfeeding accessories, especially bras that have good support and are stylish! I have shared a few great things in the past that has helped me on my breastfeeding journey, and they have truly made all of the difference! If you have been around my social lately, you know that I travel for work and as a family, we have been on the go a lot. So having a bra that fits our busy lifestyle as well as supports me on the go for pumping is important. A bonus? This owners of Ollie Gray, Kate + Bryce, teamed up with former lululemon designer Cara Sumpton, to create the best all-in-one pumping, nursing, and maternity bra. Functionality
I can 100% nurse and pump with this bra. All I have to do is easily slide the flasks in the bra and power on! Pumping in the middle of an airport now becomes so. much. easier. If I’m traveling and wearing a looser/flowy top or dress, I can pump wherever. Nobody can even tell what I’m doing. It comes with a white cover which is also really great for those semi-public pumping sessions where they haven't decided to add a place for nursing mothers yet... aka LGA. It could also be used as a nursing cover in public.
Support
I have a hard time in the "support" department because of my size. During my peak breastfeeding days, I find myself a full 32C, so I know I am on the smaller side. However, because of this, I always feel like I need some sort of padding. And this bra provides that! I love that I can feel comfortable with the support that the padding offers and it is great when I am active at the gym or just running errands for the family.
Style/Comfort
So comfortable. The material is really breathable and I find that if I forget to wear nursing pads, it holds the moisture so much better than a regular bra. Same thing goes for sweat! It is really easy to wash and line-dries quickly; and of course, there's no wires which is ideal for breastfeeding. Style-wise, it comes in your basic neutral colors (black, white, nude) and a couple of fun patterns so they cover all of your bases!
